Pay
That's 50,000 base + 40 completed jobs + 20 that didn't happen. Your numbers will depend on your clients.

Yes, if
- Your English is good and you can text casually, the way Americans do.
- You've done appointment setting, customer service or sales. Freshers with strong English are fine too.
- You're on time, every shift.
- You have a laptop, decent internet and a UPS or other backup.
No, if
- You want day hours. This is nights only.
- You'd guess a price instead of checking.
- You need someone reminding you to do the work.
What happens after you apply
Apply
5–7 minutes, including a short voice note.
Short call
15 minutes. You'll try booking a job while we play the customer.
Paid trial
10 days on real work. PKR 15,000–20,000 + 1,000 per completed job, even if you're not picked.
Offer
We keep the best one or two from the trial.

Do I need experience?
No. If your English is strong, we'll train you. Your voice note counts for more than your CV.
Do I get paid for the trial if I'm not picked?
Yes. Finish the 10 days and you're paid either way.
